Items

Items are anything that can placed in the equipment slots or inside a container. Some items appear on the environment that can be clicked or interacted with but cannot be picked up. Fixed items such as these are known as objects. Items are obtained in the following ways:

• Generated as loot on defeated creatures and in chests.
• Made by NPC collectors and crafters from trophies or by players using the crafting skills.
• Found, given or rewarded as part of a quest.
• Purchased from vendors.

Loot

Mutated Loot

Items that the loot system generates can be mutated with different stats from the loot tables. The tables that hold the stats are organised into tiers with the stats increasing as the tiers get higher. Loot can range from generic items such as health potions and healing kits to top tier items such as a piece of armor or weapon that has powerful attributes and spells. Mutated loot from the tiers is the most common type of loot.

Trophies

Other items known as trophies can also appear in addition to tier generated loot. Trophies include quest items, keys, body parts and many other items.
